No option to speak to a real person unless you already know their name and extension.....seriously???? No way to even be connected to operator! I'll call Office Depot!

I wish they'd get a phone number that goes to a dept. or give a customer the option to reach a department rather than a person. I don't know anyone there and leaving a number for a random person hoping they'll call back and put me through to the dept. I need is frustrating.
