Definitely wouldn't move in here until the construction is finished. I transferred apartments and signed a new lease based on false information I was given by mgmt, they'll basically tell you...

I've been burgled in this Residence. The Parking gate is always open. The doors to the outside are broken, anybody can come in! The Management does not answer to enquiries. STAY AWAY
