Waiting for my truck to get serviced was fine. The waiting area is comfortable. The service manager(Carlos) was excellent. He explained in detail what needed to be done. I am very satisfied with Fords service team @ Quality Auto-mall.

I had several issues with my 2012 F150. Although everything was covered under the extended warrantee, the problems were handled quickly and the job was done well. Thank you Carlos Santana, you run a great service department.
