My mother was recently diagnosed with cancer and is in excruciating pain. Her friend has highly recommended this doctor, so we went yesterday for an appointment. She was absolutely amazing and surprisingly had knowledge of mom's rare disease. This is the first time I have seem mother hopeful that she can have some quality of life in her last days.

This doctor has helped me get my life back. I still have chronic pain, but with Dr. Ballards help I can do more than just lie in bed all the time. The only downside to using this doctor are the scheduling difficulties. You have to actually COME IN PERSON to change an appointment. Doesnt make sense when treating chronic pain patients, many of whom cant drive themselves. ?? Overall, tho, this is...

Saw her one time, then only saw Nurse practitioner. We had trouble getting my husband's medicine, because this office did not understand how to send a PA for a drug. Took 3 weeks to get pills, never was able to get the patches approved. Cancelled appointment because it took so long to get prescription filled, then they wouldn't reschedule.
