Sri Thai Restaurant

Fans “can’t wait to go back” to this “hidden” yet “popular” Huntington Thai where the “fantastic” dishes have a “subtlety of flavor not found in run-of-the-mill” recipes elsewhere; the staff is “pleasant”, and while there’s “limited seating” and “no ambiance”, you “don’t go for the setting” but for the “wonderful”, “fairly priced” food.

There's a big sign in the front of the restaurant indicating lunch special $8.95. It's actually $9.95 for curry, which is a very popular selection in Thai restaurants, so it's more likely than not that you'd be charged the base price of $9.95. I found that a bit deceptive.

This welcoming Thai restaurant offers traditional dishes like curry puffs, beef salad, dumplings and spring rolls. Look for the chili on the menu if you're in the mood for spicy food. The baked Alaska flambé desert is a real treat and reservations are recommended on the weekends when this small eatery really fills up.
