Atlanta Eye International Surgery Center ordered our product on August 23, 2010.  The bill was for under $200.00, and as their account reached the "over 90 days" threshold, we began to call and write letters asking for payment.  We repeatedly faxed over copy after copy of our invoice to them, and they assured us it would be paid.  Months went by, and still no payment.  We sent them a letter...
