Perhaps due to it being a Sunday, this restaurant was terribly short-staffed despite it being completely full. No bartender, no bus/water service. Everything was dependent on our waiter. No full-time bartender, so drinks were exceptionally slow coming out. Had to repeatedly ask for water. Spuntino is definitely in my top 3 favorite restaurants in Denver. The service is outstanding and the food leaves you satisfied and wanting to come back for more! It is outrageously delicious.
