This store is always busy, so be prepared to wait a good hour or two prior to visiting. I had a technical phone malfunction and went in to get it repaired. After waiting 30 minutes in store, a rep told me it would take about an hour and a half for the tech team to fix it. I left, came back and my phone STILL had the same problem. They were about to make me wait yet again not five minutes after I left after picking up my phone, but I refused and a rep told me they would send me a new phone to my adress.

Whomever told me this ignored me and did not place an order, so after spending 2 hours...

So I went into the store yesterday to inquire about the line of credit for my account since i extended my contract with them. And the Lead retail sales person Rachel (She is the best thing since Buttered Bread) Helped me with that and I had another issue.

I convinced my GF to leave cricket for sprint as it is a better cell provider. When we signed up Rachel told us she could get a 125.00 credit for each line that we ported over.

Well it takes 60 days for the credit to appear and it is now almost 90 days when i was in there 2 weeks ago the Retail associate told me that if it was not...
