This place is TERRIBLE! The customer service is absolutely AWFUL If you need to get your phone serviced or upgraded good luck. I bought a Blackberry from the corporate Sprint store, it had a glitch and was not functioning properly. I called the Sprint customer service and got the complete run around. I made several attempts at least 10 different CSR's and Techs with no help at all NODDA. I...
