I love this store's service. So friendly and very helpful. They try their best to accomodate me as much ass possible. I don't have sprint as a wireless provider anymore but they've always served me with great respect.
Hopefully you come here only if you absolutely must and have a lot of time on your hands! Good luck getting someone's attention, the staff would rather talk to eachother than help customers. They also have NO knowledge of their products and services and 9 times out of 10 will just refer you to the customer service phone to ask for help.
