After a long drive, we arrived at the hotel. It was very easy to find and check in was extremely fast (I had downloaded the Marriott app and had already checked in). Room was nice and clean; the bed was comfortable and a full complimentary breakfast was available in the morning. Check out equally fast using the mobil app.

I came back to Lancaster for the first time in five years and stayed at this hotel. It was nice, clean and in a good location for getting to many different areas of the valley.

The room and amenities were great and it is very clean and quiet. The problem I had was with the front desk. The only employee that was customer service friendly was an employee named Jason. The staff in the early am upon checkout was rude and condescending. They made me feel like it was a bad thing to have booked thru expedia and made it a point to lecture me on how I would NOT be able to get...

The SpringHill Suites offers everything a traveler needs - clean rooms, comfortable beds, hot and varied breakfast, well-kept property, gym, laundry room, and friendly staff. Same staff there every time we have gone - we are repeat visitors who find ourselves needing a quiet table to stay when we visit our relative in the high desert.

While we prefer the new SpringHill Suites layouts that are currently being built in the East, this property was very comfortable and fair valued. The rooms are decent sized, the morning breakfast is excellent and the staff is very pleasant. The only shortcoming was the internet service. We had constant problems getting on the internet and finally just gave up....
