After my cat returned from grooming with a broken tail, we were not apologized to, accused of lying and left spending over $1,000 due to one haircut that went wrong. This business (owner especially) does not know how to take ownership. I would never again trust those inconsiderate, heartless animals with my baby. Good luck leaving your dog here for daycare. Word of advice: go anywhere else. Salty Paw has great grooming.
