I have been using Dr. James Felfoldi for a few years now and have been very happy with his service and his staff. His son Andrew has joined the practice recently and I believe his dad is going to be cutting down his work load to a few days a week.
I called and told them I need an emergency appointment and was into see him in 4 hours. I have diabetes and problems with my feet.

I went to visit the office and was referred to get an MRI on my feet. I called the office several times to follow up on the results and was rudely told that I was not to call and the doctor but call me when he had the opportunity to review the results.

90 days later, no call. But they are very diligent about following up on my co-pay!
