There is always a wait here, always!Not because they're busy but they could not care less or move any slower.The cuts are ok but the staffing is never appropriate and the management clearly doesn't care.You know after 5pm will be busy and weekends too but they are never staffed for it!Go to Floyd's it's faster and usually cheaper!

This service was extremely poor.The store was empty and the stylist seemed sooooo disappointed that she had to get up and give a haircut and talk to a customer. I actually felt sorry for her because she was so down in the dumps about being at work.she actually told me that she didn't want it to be busy so …

I'm usually really pleased with this location. However, Debbie gave me the worst haircut I've had in years and the worst experience today. Otherwise, the rest of the staff is great and give great hair cuts...the one star is for Debbie. 4-5 stars for the other employees.
