Loved the concept of this place. Came here as part of a food tour and it is definitely a place I would come back to.
I liked Splash and I certainly commend the novelty component without the loss of quality and atmosphere. This is the kind of place to take friends from out of town, someone who can appreciate drinking sips of wine from a spout. This is definitely not where you come for a good deal.
Good food. Went during half price wine night. Good value and you can try a sip or a glass of wine until you find the one you want. Friendly staff.
