I love Splash N Rack. Each time I go in there I feel like I'm visiting family. They take time to explain everything and are very helpful. They always return calls and go the extra mile to be helpful. I have never had any issues with service or customer service.

Worst service ever

Don't waste your time or money. To make a long story short I purchased a pool table in the beginning of April and during installation it was damaged. I notified the rep and service immediately of the damage and I have now been trying to work with their service department for the past 3 months to get the table fixed (in which I have a lifetime warranty). In the beginning they were quick to try to pawn the damage off on the manufacturer but after my explination of the damage they agreed to come take a look. Lousy delivery service

So there I was, anxiously awaiting for word on my recently purchased hot tub - they never called and they never called. I called them three times and got a new story every time I called - and finally the delivery was promised; 27 days after the date of purchase. On the date of the delivery, two guys show up with this relatively small hot tub, C351 model, 600 pounds empty. As they are moving it into the house and down the carpeted stair case, the guy at the bottom says, I can't hold it and gets out of the way as my brand new tub went effortlessly by itself down the stairs. Buy elsewhere!! This was the worst experience I have ever had shopping for anything. If you are seeking a hot tub or a pool table, I strongly advise shopping elsewhere. Customer service and fair pricing are clearly not what you will receive from this establishment. I would rather go without a hot tub than purchase one from this store.
