I have lived at Spartan Royal Apartments for about a year and a half now, and I highly recommend this place. It is gated and the apartment is surrounded by security cameras to keep the complex safe. Hello Citysearch ! I want to give a little insight of how wonderful the past 2 years has been here at Spartan Royal Apartments. The new management for one is terrific. The Manager 'Maribel' is passionate about what she does and she always handles issues in the most professional manner. The management does a real good job because I love how the apartment courtyard, pool area, and parking lot is always clean and properly maintained. The best part about living here would have to be the amenities. The on site laundry mat is well kept, the farmers market on Saturdays is a 5 minute walk away,...

Let me begin by giving all the positives I have encountered while staying here at Spartan Royal Apartments. First off, the new renovated rooms, kitchens, living room floors, bathrooms, etc. are stunning. Specifically speaking of the new granite counter tops, the new electric kitchen, new vinyl flooring, and of course I cannot forget about the beautiful courtyard patio with the free to use...

SPARTAIN ROYAL my experience living here is horrible the first week i moved in they lost my deposit of 1100 dollars and this was during the week my mom passed away they told me that if i did not replace the money order whenever i move out i will not get my deposit back. they also have a bug problem little brown termite bugs that come out of the cabinets. they are not very nice managment people they have attitudes very demanding and rude and nosey they charge 20 to unlock the door if you lock your self out the parking is all screwed up they had me move my car to three different stalls...

I almost managed this complex as it has a nice set up. The assistant manager is supposed to keep the laundry rooms tidy but when I visited, the laundry room was dirty. Also, they don't enforce the parking rules which is too bad.
