Don't throw away your time or your money using this company

I spent close to$ 8000.00 buying a hot tub from this company. Once they have your money, you will never see them again, they will NOT answer your phone calls, they will NOT return your messages, they will NOT answer letters. You will need an attorney to deal with this company. Save yourself the time and money and use a decent, reputable, honest, sincere, hard-working, caring company. Spa Doctor is NONE of the above! UPDATE March 2011 - All issues concerning this hot tub have been corrected and paid for by Spa Doctor. The company does GREAT work when they choose to. We'll see what the future...
