Dr. Andrews has been my primary care physician for 15 years and I love her! She's thorough, caring, and on-point. I trust her with my life and would recommend her to anyone seeking top-notch medical care!

Dose not respond well to pharmacy request for prescription refills. Almost always has to be called, sometimes twice. Difficult to get 90 day supply with enough refills for a year, even though been on same meds for YEARS. Tries to get extra office visits in when not needed.

Dr. Andrews service is declining. I have been a patient of hers for 5 years and she does not provide the same level of service. The office staff cannot assist you much over the phone, you must make an appointment. My biggest complaint is they make you wait over an hour for an appointment. it is so bad that even when I am ill, I hesitate before calling in to see her. When you are ill the waiting...
