Right on the water just south of the pier. Hot tub, boogie boards, bicycles for use. Great location, great staff, 2 blocks from the coaster and downtown.
They charge 10$ per night to rent roll away beds, 5$ per day to borrow the boogie boards, the parking spaces are very hard to fit in, they charged me 100$ clean up fee because my mom with dementia/ bi polar diaper leaked on the roll away bed.. We have been time share owners here for over 25 years.. but every year I grunt my teeth when having to scrape up about 500$ yearly maintenance fees,...

Love, Love, Love this place. We own 3 weeks here, and have been coming here for over 15 years. Great location (10 steps from the beach / 420 steps to the Oceanside Pier) and the staff is always helpful and friendly. We are never let down.
