Fantastic instructors and world-class training facility! Felipe and Sofia, and all the other professors are incredibly experienced and dedicated to teaching and making you a better athlete. The students are a great bunch! Cannot praise this place enough. If you want to learn Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and live in the Ft. Lauderdale area, you need to check them out! You won't be disappointed!

I trained here for a good solid year. I can honestly say that there is no other Jiu Jitsu school I'd rather learn and train at. The only problem with the school that one would probably fine at any other Jiu Jitsu/MMA school is the frequent case of ring worm that presents itself. Other than that, great family environment, top notch instruction, can't praise it enough.
