I bought a Nixon watch that was defective. I tried to exchange it at south coast within the 30 day exchange policy. They refused to stand by their product. Saying I have to go online then mail the watch back to Nixon. Now I have to go to the post office and pay more money and time mailing what should be …

My girlfriend got me a flannel for v-day and it did not fit. We returned it the next day and the girl told us we can exchange it or get a store credit. So we tried to get 5 different shirts and none of them came in my size, so we had to ask the manager for our money back and he said no you can buy some wax or something instead. lol I would not even come back here for wax!
