I had the unfortunate experience of living at The Sonata for 12 months. During my 12 months they went through 12 different leasing consultants. I should've known better than to sign a lease because while reviewing the documents and choosing a specific apartment the agent I initially worked with quit without notice and I was handed to someone else. Never a good sign when an employee isn’t happy.

I live there for 2 years and loved it! The staff is super nice and the maintinance guys are fast. I had a problem with my washer and they came and fixed it the same day. The apartments are pretty good for the price, and there wasn't a lot of noise. I moved because I got transfered for my job.

Pros

- Limited parking for friends
