Staff is wonderful. Kevin Kurtz, co-owner and lead PT allowed a co PT to not adequately work on my issue, then acknowledged he did that. Then in my opinion, he did the same thing. Isn't that insurance fraud? He told me and he told a co-worker he prefers patients to do the work on the machines to him doing work with his hands. This is coming from a physical therapist! He makes fun of elderly patients, says they smell like "cheese". He throws fits of rage, has mood swings, takes money from patients he can't help and acknowledges he'll take their money. He is terribly dishonest about many things. Then he stands out like a pillar to the community, he is like a politician.
My would be last day ended after I lost my heart necklace, and he asked me about it the next day to find out if it was real diamonds, which it was not so at least I have the satisfaction since he obviously found it. Then he set the tens machine to high and electrocuted me, I screamed, he lowered it and walked away, no I'm sorry, no are you ok. People were saying they don't want the machine as high as I had it. He whispered I didn't have to scream. That was my last day. He is like I said not a nice man, and I am leaving out allot of information that I feel either his wife should know about or the board or both. I have filled my husband in on all his shenanigans and he is lucky this never got personal though he electrocuted me on purpose to make me stop coming rather than do his job.
Now I have met a therapist that know's Kevin and said he met him at a class, where he just stood there and did no work just came for the credits. Two patients said he was horrible and left after one visit. Seems people know about Kevin and his lack of being "physical" in a good way.
This place is great. I came here after my ACL surgery and I'm on the road to full recovery. They cater to your individual needs, very friendly and have late nights. Ask for Kevin or Aditi!
From setting appointments to actual therapy, this place is the best. Everybody is friendly, knowledgable and helpful..I recomend this place to my friends and family...after 6 weks of therapy, my shoulder and neck are so much better..I even got a home exercise program after discharge.
