The rooftop restaurant is fun. But the food is overpriced, not too good, and the service is absolutely abysmal. We had to ask to order. We had to ask 3 times for the check. And waited a full half hour to pay. This place needs a management shakeup.

I've come to really love the Soho House group - like the Berlin house, the New York Soho House is in an awesome location (in the middle of the Meatpacking District), the rooms are really thoughtfully appointed, with lots of great little vintage pieces, the amenities provide everything you could want, and the common areas are great places to hang....
A friend took my wife and I for lunch here recently and it was our first visit to Soho House. It has a lovely setup and ambience and the food and service was lovely too. We had the buffet lunch and there was plenty of good choices.
