Friendly neighbors and great office managers. I called in to get a light bulb changed. They worked with schedule and came by as soon as possible. Parking is never a problem! The only issue is no guest parking. One bedroom unit is roomy and the AC is amazing!

Pros
Pool and Spa.
New remodeled Gym with new equipment.
Play Area with jungle gym and basketball court.
Pet Friendly with a small dog park.
Three Laundry Areas.

Cons
Pool is always full of the same family during the day. And at night there are drunk adults.
Gym is always full.
Laundry rooms-people take over multiple machines.
Parking is a issue, never can find parking after 6pm.

We were very pleased while we were living at Soft Wind Apartments until the end.
Very clean, safe, and well maintained complex. The staff was friendly and made everything convenient for the tenants. There is an online profile they give you upon moving in and you are able to pay rent through that which was very convenient and we liked that a lot!

Great place to live!

At first we were nervous about moving into these apartments due to some negative reviews. However, after moving in we found the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment we had was small, but we knew that going into it and it wasn't too bad. Our neighbors were all very friendly and considerate as well. All in all, there isn't anything to complain about the experience.

Not bad. I agree if you have more than one car or want to invite anyone over afte 6pm the parking sucks...but otherwise everything is clean and well maintain. Any time i've had to have anything fixed it was done correctly and quickly. The rent isba little steep for a one bedroom but all in all I have been living here for some years and like it.
