I've not a gym person and have never been able to maintain a consistent routine of exercise -- that is until I started my karate practice at Kenwakan Dojo at The Society for Martial Arts Instruction. It's great and fun! I am trying to become a stronger person and more self confident. Karate helps me achieving that. The senseis are great: motivating, encouraging and they make training fun. I am glad I joined and thank you for having me in your dojo.
