Owner Martin Kate is serious (even downright academic) about rum and its role in history; Smuggler's Cove offers a club of...

The Extras

Regular patrons can join the Rumbustion Society or the Mahalo Club, which offer discounts and other incentives for trying all of the 80 cocktails and over 200 rums.

Know Before You Go

Don't expect to pop in for a quick drink- the cocktails at Smuggler's Cove take time to make as many contain half a dozen ingredients, and there are only two bars inside the space.

Going in a group? Try the Top Notch Volcano that serves four people and comes in a custom-designed volcano-shaped bowl.
