Sms Assist

They call themselves a technology company unfortunatley their technology cant enable them to track simple invoicing and payments to work orders.  Their payments are not tied to their own work order information.Stay away, they owe us money and do not have the courtesy to answer the phone and talk to you or return calls.  Unprofessional, unorganized, uncooprotive.

I've been in the landscaping industry for many years, and SMS Assist has been the worst management company I have ever had to deal with.  Their manager is incompetent, and they are very slow payers.  For the amount of work we had to do, just to get the contract, we lost money.  Stay away!

Don't register or work for this company! If they call you to do an estimate, say you need at least $100 per store and you won't do it otherwise, then give them a ridiculously high bid amount. It's just another company of greedy people, who want to make money off of people doing their work! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM, CONTRACTORS BEWARE!!!!

We did work this year for SMS Assist and still have not been paid. Can never reach them by phone (voicemails are always full) and they don't respond to emails unless they want something from you. There is currently a class action suit forming, to represent the hundreds of contractors that have been taken advantage of by this company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY,YOU WILL REGRET IT!
