Donna is miss FABULOUS! She really is the go to lady for laser hair removal. The treatment is a bit painful but oh so worth it. Donna not only is very good at what she does but she is a lovely and genuine lady.
I would have no hesitation recommending her to people who want to see results.

The laser hair removal process hurts. Donna does her job- and does it so it lasts.

I've been to a few different places for laser, all less painful than Smooth Endings- but none where it lasts as long. Donna has the machine on full blast and boy is it strong! You really feel the pulses. The other places, you can barely feel it working. So, if you can handle the pain, go to Smooth Endings! IT WORKS!!!!!!

Hi Donna-

I was in your studio about a month ago for some laser removal on my face. The job you did on my face was one of the best and more 'permanent' resulting experiences I've had with laser hair removal. Since I'm in no position to fly back over for more I'm forced to look elsewhere! I'm wondering if you wouldn't mind letting me know the type of machine as well as settings and approximate amount of pulses you used on me. I'm so fed up with non thorough and bad removal jobs! I'd greatly appreciate any info, as well as a referral if you know anyone in SF.
