This glass counter dive, aside from being an eye sore in an otherwise nice but bareback mall, attracts vagrants and bums trying to vie for some tobacco. Cigars here reportedly include banned ones that are illegal to sell, which is ironic, considering this joint does not even have a business license displayed on any of its areas which are required by city law, as of January 3rd, 2011. I went there today to check some Super Lotto tickets on their self help machine and the retailer said I had too many tickets and I had to leave. I didn't hold up the people either because I let other people use the machine when they needed to check theirs.
