Company failed to correct installation problems despite numerous requests while warranty was in place

During construction, ductwork to our second floor was damaged and not replaced or repaired, despite our requests and concern. We were assured that there would be no issue with heating or cooling the areas those ducts supplied. Those areas (our master bedroom and a bathroom) are several degrees colder in the winter with even more temperature discrepancy in the summer. Coincidence? I think...

Horrible ownership only concerned with making money. Poor install resulting in functionality issues. Please look elsewhere.

I went after three quotes for the replacement of my A/C unit. Sales Rep was very professional. They came in mid rang on pricing but was pleased with the ethics the company stands by. Install team was courteous and respectful of property, again very professional. Will hire them again when the furnace goes out.
