Dr Head and crew were great. Play by play to easy my nervousness. Never had cleanings or fillings until now. I recommend the friendly faces at Smile.
Wasn't pleased at all. They got pre approval for the work to be done and I paid my portion of the bill prior to any work being done, Then 6 weeks later comes a bill for a additional 350 $. I don't understand this at all. The work was already PRE-APPROVED and I paid my portion. When I asked the billing lady about it all she could say is that she will send me another copy of the bill to show me...
