Dr. Carlson is a knowledgeable practitioner, a skillful surgeon and a personable individual. Both my wife and I have been his patients over the last five years. He diagnosed a macular issue and referred me to an excellent surgeon. Late last year (2015), he performed cataract surgery on both of my eyes-and I am extremely pleased with the results.

Dr. Chang diagnosed me at age 53 with macualar degeneration. I got 2 second opinions from a retina specialist and an opthamologist who say he is wrong. my insurance was processed at the office visit and a copay was processed. Now his office claim I have no insurance and turned my bill over to collections. Not one person there will listen to you. These were 2 serious mistakes by Dr Chang since...

We suspected one of our son's was color blind. We were referred to this practice. When we went in for the full sprectrum color testing the staff was very courteous and helpful. They spoke to my son respectfully and not down to him.
