Friendly staff great classes. New machines and tv. They have showers with all the essentials free. Personal trainers there are nice Rob is a tough one he will push you to get in shape.

This location is perfect for people working in the Town Center in Southfield. The monthly dues are a bit higher, but it's totally out of convenience. They offer a decent variety of classes, the locker rooms are VERY clean and tidy. If you are going before work, they have all of the conveniences of your home bathroom, …
