Although when the plumber first came out he gave me some great information, when he came back a second time I was really disappointed with his work. I would be hard pressed to use them again.

John was helpful in setting up the appointment but sent his brother & a helper. They were on time but annoyances followed: 1) a silly dispute with the condo as to responsibility for turning off the main water...
