Love my new skates and had the best experience. I was expecting to go in to the shop and be made to feel inadequate (like some bike shops and gear shops try to make you feel) and my experience was the exact opposite. Trish was awesome to work with and so open and warm. I am not a gear head and I have no desire to be, but I want to spend my money well and thoughtfully and she helped me do that....

I ordered some custom boots at RollerCon and anticipated a wait, was waiting a bit more than I expected and Ivanna was fantastic at tracking down my boots and expediting their set up- there was a problem with the plate and Trish personally called and remedied the situation- I love these skates!!! Awesome service!!
