Sam was able to fit my electrical problem into his schedule within 12 hours and did an excellent job. He is smart, articulate with the problem, being able to explain what was needed and what he did.

The technician, Colin, was very helpful. I hadn't had hot water for months and he explained why the fusebox affected this, what type of fusebox was it. Very cordial, very knowledgeable.
