Things are looking very spiffy indeed. All is as anticipated - the materials are first rate and the sectional fit up the stairs and around the corner, the only possible solution to the tight squeezes our house presents. You guys really came through for us, we love the sectional, and I would recommend your company to anybody.
We love the sectional. You delivered on time and the product was exactly what we wanted. Easy to assemble and my 7 month pregnant wife could even lift the pieces from the boxes, I am positive that no other sectional could claim that. I didn't make her lift it but she was just as excited to open the boxes as I was. The most important thing you should know is that the fabric that we choose was one that you picked out and sent us in addition to the five we picked, great choice. Our loveseat arrived in excellent condition and assembling it was such a ""breeze""! It appears very well made. The seat cushions are nice and firm but comfortable. The top welt on one back cushion appeared a little skewed so I manipulated the cushion a bit and it looks better. I love the fabric and I\'m so glad that I was sent additional swatches besides the ones I ordered. Your customer service is ""TOPS"", the best that I\'ve encountered......such good communication , service, and follow-up!

The couch arrived last Friday (of course it was pouring rain here at the time :-)) but the UPS Freight driver was extremely nice and helped me get the boxes through the front door and out of the rain. The big box with the base did have several large rips and holes in the sides that the driver was concerned about but we checked and the plastic inside covering the base was not ripped at all and there appeared to be no damage to the fabric.
