service is really poor. I bought a new car and had a defective tire but I just got the run araound though according to their manual they were suppose to contact a local dealer for me.

Bought a car there 2 years ago and have had nothing but issues in dealing with their service dept. Never had issues in PKBG anywhere else. If you are a woman, you will be treated like an idiot by their mechanics who seem to only be able to grunt instead of actually communicate with customers. Ok folks, here is the scoop...my girlfriend's volkswagen had been periodically stalling, so she took it here for service. Really, really bad idea.
