I do not recommend using these people for your property management. The staff is very unprofessional and rude. I seen two maintenance men nearly fight as they tried to complete a simple task at a rental. The broker in the Parkersburg office is a criminal. She was part of the Mid-Ohio Valley most wanted.
They have no appreciation for tenants and temporarily fix everything or say they will come...

They moved us into a roach infested apartment and tried saying they had no idea. Then someone working them told me they knew way before we moved in. And now out windows are leaking and they won't fix it. We have rent from many people and never have we ever been treated like this they where nice at first but now they are so rude and don't care a bit about me and my family. They refused to move...
