I live here in the Silverlake Apartments in Fresno, Ca off Belmont and Clovis. The managers here are very pleasant and always try to work with you. If you have any issues they make sure the get to it if not that day the very next day. The property is very clean area is pretty quiet. There is a Gym here in the apartments. Please don't bother even looking twice at these apartments. They're cons who make everything seem fine until you wake up to roaches coming out of your drains and air vents... I've never even seen...

I have now 2 years at this appart. i will start with office staff they just there they dont help at all my apart. is falling in parts and they dont care now with the rain everything is wet my closet, living room, I report this problem to them and it almost 3 months and nothing yet. Hopely i get a better job so i can afford to pay for a house which houses now on days ar cheaper than this place....

I just mocved a few months ago and its alright but i wouldnt stay another year..im just waiting for my lease to be up...They have things that should have been fixed before i moved in and the cable outlet in the room is out..my sink leaks and the parking is ridiculous.
