My visit here didn't go well. The dentist claimed that I had 9 cavities, although I don't believe that I had that many. The cleaning job he did was painful and rather than giving me water to rinse...

My son had a great first visit with Dr. Shih. He was so thorough and very kind. The staff was very friendly, and we are so happy to have found Westchester Family Dentistry.

I am very happy with Dr. Stanley Shih and all his services however I find that the front desk medical receptionist by the name of Latoya has a bad attitude almost every time I come for a visit. She stares blank without ever smiling. She also comes off of condescending with her dirty looks and minimal words. My main complaint is about her poor customer service.
