Collins Senior permanently ruined my smile. He extracted my left back teeth just so he makes a couple extra bucks. Here I am 3 years later needing bone grafting & implants $40,000 worth of dental work just so "Collins Sr." Could make a few extra bucks. LOL good job Collins!!!!!!! THANKS FOR ruining my once beautiful smile! ������
