Had to make a last minute reservation that required an additional credit card authorization Staff made the process really easy. Everyone was nice. Food was excellent There was a small mix up with breakfast but they offered to credit back without even asking which was great. Definitely a good experience
Parking fees were way too high. Resort fee included mostly things you would never use. Pool was not available.
Rooms were good, large and clean.

We actually booked the "wrong" hotel. We thought we had booked an hotel downtown close to the convention center. Turned out to be a blessing. Really good sized rooms, comfortable beds. And just a 10 min ride downtown. The hotel has a good restaurant with both indoor and outdoor serving. And a nice quiet pool area. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff was incredible. I would certainly stay here again.
We got a room on the first floor without patio or balcony (contrary to the hotel description). It was not ready by 3 Pm so we had to wait (they could not give us any other room - note that we were on expedia special rate for traditional double bay tower). Clean room, decent pool. Minibar with scary statement "Sensors under every item! You would have to pay even if you have just touched!"....
