Their customer service at the front desk was exceptional. Always helpful and ready to help. Here for a conference and very accommodating. Only complaint is had to cross the freeway (no not frogger style) to get to the restaurants. Either uber or taxi needed.

Everyone that we encountered was courteous and friendly. The hotel lobby is very warm and comfortable. Rooms were updated and clean- Bathroom is very small. We were given the option of city view or "hill view" and we elected to have the city view. This is very close to the freeway and initially it was very noisy but we adapted....

I have stayed in many Sheraton properties across the world and have to say I was a little bit disappointed here as I feel the hotel did not reach Sheraton standards.

Was nice but felt I got less than what I would of got at a Marriott for what I paid for the night. Free breakfast would of been nice and maybe a microwave in the room.the bed was nice and comfortable had a better sleep than at home.
