Good hotel overall. Easy commute to downtown the next morning. Complimentary Shuttle to area restaurants was a plus. Free Parking, nice Lobby and Bar/Restaurant with pretty good menu options.
Room was large but we had two double beds which shouldve been queens. Bathroom appears to have been updated recently; however needs a larger shower curtain to properly enclose.

If your a fan of the Sheraton brand you will like this hotel. It's getting a little tired but they are planning an extensive renovation in the near future. I found the staff to be very accommodating. I used this hotel for a business trip to Jacksonville. The hotel is conveniently located, close to the St. John's Town Center, nice amenities and courteous staff. Rooms were not ready when promised, food vouchers were given to offset this. Bed and pillow was comfy, rooms clean. However, I could hear the person talking in the next room like they were in my room. Also, could hear the traffic on the street and the people in the hall as well due to the fact that all rooms...

For a week long visit to Mayo Clinic, I chose Sheraton for location, shuttle program, club level and the great staff that I always find with the hotel chain.
