We were celebrating 40th Birthdays for several of us. The valet was swift and courteous. The front desk clerk, Maria, was accommodating and friendly. We had breakfast at the beach bar. The service, food & drinks were excellent! The room, pool & beaches were amazing. Can't wait to plan our next trip to the B Ocean!

We had a great time, since we were celebrating my birthday. You have a great staff that was very accommodating and helpful. The only downfall was that the hotel is being renovated and sometimes the elevators were not working properly. Thanks for a great time.
Arrived at 3pm for check in but could not check in till 6.
We paid for ocean view but didn't have a view.
There are 4 buildings. He had to park several blocks from our room and could not get help with our bags.
