This place is the worst high end hotel around. We had billing issues - our charges billed to another room. The staff was not friendly. The toilets flush extremely loud. We went to their "Media Lounge". They should call it the Thievery and Disrespect Sitting Room! Poor service, staff refuse to resolve issues like incorrect drinks, overcharging, etc. We received one beer in an EXTREMELY dirty glass. My recommedation is go ANYWHERE else.

Nice hotel in a great location, however it doesn't justify the price. Especially when you have to pay for parking $23 plus tax per day AND pay for internet in your room (its free in public areas)
Our room was on 14th floor but we could still hear the DART.
