Let me say I'm SPG loyal - We took a last minute trip to Ft. Lauderdale during memorial day weekend. I was happy to see this SPG property had availability and I used my points to reserve a room for 2 nights. Big Mistake. Very clean, excellent beds, doors might need a paint job. Front desk staff needs to learn more about rooms and get trained on customer service. I asked for a room that did not get the sun in the morning and the agent told me "I do not control the sun"

Although, it is part of SPG, the front desk people will not work towards solving problems you have. All you can do is keep on calling. Also, there is no manager on site so forget about complaining or having the complaint resolved.

I visited in May on a rainy day, Front entrance flooded. Requested the upgrade room and breakfast, being charged on my credit card but didn't get the offer or service . Room cleanest are pretty good, faucet dripping waters, washing basin table about 3 feet high, in order to use, have to bent down 90 degree. Over all this place...
